in a quiet neighborhood and offers off street parking for 2 vehicles.
Your front porch overlooking a pristinely landscaped front yard
is a great setting for lazy days enjoying Key West's tropical climate.
Upon entering the home you will find an authentically decorated
home with beautiful hardwood flooring.
Downstairs includes a den with a private full bath, large closet
and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is also a 1/2 bath off the
living room. The kitchen
is elegantly designed and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances
and custom designed cabinetry. The island doubles as a breakfast bar providing
function and space. Living room features a 46" LCD TV with Surround Sound.
An open dining and living rooms are bordered by French Doors opening up to
your private deck with outdoor seating, BBQ Grill and Private Heated Pool.
Upstairs Master Queen Bedroom includes wall mounted 46" LCD TV
and ensuite bath with dual vanity and beautifully tiled shower. Queen
bedroom offers ensuite
bath with a uniquely designed tile shower. Both Queen bedrooms offer private
deck for star gazing on the warm Key West Nights.
